RSG 4 Pipes GmbH Rubber-Steel-Flange-Gaskets are manufactured with an inner steel ring which is encapsulated within vulcanized elastomer envelope. This is a high-quality elastomeric body suitable for safe and efficient sealing in pipeline flange connections. These flange gaskets have an elliptical ring on the inside and whilst the whole gasket face energises and seals, this additional ‘O’ ring concept works as an additional seal for extra security an safety. The inner steel ring provides a high level of strength and stability, long term functionality and operating safety. According to standards, the gaskets are printing with colour markings to eliminate the risk of gaskets being installed in the wrong application. Safety is paramount.
